We know that seeking home care for a loved one can feel overwhelming, which is why we have designed our onboarding process to be as smooth, welcoming, and straightforward as possible. Here is how we get started:

Initial Contact and Consultation
The journey begins when you call our office directly or request a consultation to discuss your family’s needs. You can also be referred to us by a healthcare provider who can fax your information directly to our office. During this initial conversation, we will listen closely to your situation, answer any questions you have about our non-skilled home care services, and discuss your insurance or payment options—including Neighborhood Health Plan, Medicaid, or private pay.

Designing a Personalized Care Plan
Because every individual’s needs are different, we do not use a one-size-fits-all approach. We work closely with your family to develop personalized care plans featuring customized schedules that fit seamlessly into your life. Whether you require flexible private pay services, long-term support, or respite for a family caregiver, we will outline the exact services needed—from homemaker duties to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) support
